My name is Morena Evangelista and I graduated in England in Economics and Finance, specializing in business information systems.

During my academic journey, I developed a strong interest in the real estate sector, particularly in property management, an area in which I began to develop my first skills.

After returning to Italy, I met my current partner, Filippo Ronzoni, and together we founded Lion House Real Estate . Our vision was to create a company capable of helping property owners enhance and optimize their properties through professional and strategic management.

Filippo Ronzoni is co-founder of Lion House Real Estate.

His professional background began in the hospitality sector, where he worked as a brewer, gaining solid operational and managerial skills, as well as developing a keen entrepreneurial mindset.

Alongside his career, he embarked on an important personal growth journey, which allowed him to evolve both professionally and personally. Although he built his career entirely in Italy, he developed a broad and strategic vision of the business world.

Over the years, he has specialized in the real estate sector and is now a partner and active investor across the country. Thanks to his determination and ability to identify valuable opportunities, he plays a key role in the growth and enhancement of real estate projects aimed at profitability.
